Everything you need to know about our policies

No Returns.

Yeah… once underwear has touched your nuts, it’s yours forever.

Due to hygiene reasons, all Nutties sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped.

Nobody wants second-hand sack support.

Ordered the Wrong Size?

Double-check the sizing chart before ordering.
Your boys deserve the right fit.

If you’re unsure, reach out before buying and we’ll help you out.

Damaged or Wrong Order?

If we messed up, we’ll fix it faster than you can say “my balls need breathing room.”

Email info@nutties.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
What went wrong
Photos if needed

We’ll sort it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked delivered, it’s officially out of our hands and into yours (hopefully).

If your order disappears, contact the shipping carrier directly.

We work hard to get your package to your doorstep ASAP.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (unless we’re too busy protecting nuts worldwide).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can obsessively refresh it every 12 minutes.

UK Shipping

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Yep — Nutties travels internationally.

Delivery times vary depending on location, customs, and how fast your local postal service moves when underwear is involved.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import charges.

Delays

Sometimes shipping carriers move slower than a guy putting skinny jeans on after leg day.

While we’ll always help where we can, shipping delays are unfortunately outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you accidentally send your Nutties to your ex’s house, there’s only so much we can do.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking says “Delivered,” responsibility passes to you and the shipping carrier.

If your package goes missing, contact the courier directly first — then feel free to reach out and we’ll try to help.
